Now Hiring Full-Time New Accounts Administrator/Supervisor
36 to 40 hours per week. Primarily 8:30-5 M-F and every other Saturday 8:30-12:00 noon.
This position is responsible for the supervision of New Accounts staff and acts as primary New Accounts Representative.
Skills required for this position are: Strong accurate customer service abilities. Excellent phone answering etiquette. Good problem solving and analysis/resolution skills. Strong computer skills. Three years' experience in New Accounts required. At least one year supervisory experience required. Experience with Fidelity Platform preferred.
The responsibilities relevant to this position are: Supervise New Accounts staff. Open and perform maintenance on checking/savings accounts, CDs, and IRAs as well as related products such as debit cards and safe deposit boxes. Enroll customers in online banking. Debit card fraud reporting. Receive and process check orders. Answer/forward questions from online banking system. Other duties as assigned.
